Eye of the Beholder

A significant effort to pay honor and gratitude by Sheila Hetherington to her world renowned retina specialist medical doctor who works diligently and continuously to treat her in an attempt to prevent her total blindness, due to the rare eye disease already resulting in almost total blindness in her right eye. This piece hangs at the Doctor's office as a tribute to him and all the patients who "see" him and he "treats" everyday to provide the best medical treatment available to prevent the world of darkness from invading their worlds.
